Initial Consultation

This initial meet up (which can be arranged either ‘live’ or online) is an essential first step before moving on to any of the other options below. It can last up to 2 hours, offering us the chance to form a very detailed Lifestyle Plan. Learn more. Price: £80.00. Book a consultation.

Online Exercise Session

Online exercise sessions done by Zoom. Typically online clients choose either a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, or a ‘general’ session: session type will be determined during the initial consultation. Learn more. Session time: 30 min for each HIIT session (includes 4 downloadable ‘mini’ videos for client to work through alone, covering muscle strength & mobilisation); 45 min for general session. Price: £25 HIIT session; £35 for general. Book a session.

 

‘Live’ Exercise Session 1-To-1

1-2-1 ‘live’ Exercise Sessions can encompass a wide range of exercise styles and disciplines and are undoubtedly the most effective way to correct posture and technique and then work to maximum potential. Learn more. Session time: 50 minutes. Price: £40 for once weekly; £35 for multiple sessions per week. Book a session.

Shared exercise sessions (for 2 people) can also be arranged as a more economic option, dependent on goals being well enough matched. Do get in touch to discuss this.

 

“R&R” 

1-2-1 ‘live’: 10 week stress management course, working ‘live’ with once weekly sessions 1-2-1. Learn more. Session time: 60 minutes. Price: £400

 

1-2-1 online webinar form via Zoom: 10 week stress management course, working ‘remotely’ online, direct contact with Liz Shaw each session. Once weekly sessions 1-2-1 via Zoom. Learn more. Session time: 60 minutes. Price: £300

 

Standalone online: enrol here, and gain lifetime access to all (downloadable) course modules which are delivered through a mixture of video and ‘classroom style’ presentations. Session time: varied, on average 40-50 minutes. Price: various options available, view here

 

“Tools 4 Teens”

1-2-1 ‘live’, with or without parental accompaniment. 6 week programme providing a toolbox of strategies for both relaxation and focus for “tweens” or teens, to enhance mental well-being. Learn more. Session time: 45 minutes. Price: £210

Meditation

‘Live’ 1-2-1: consisting of a block of 3 sessions. Session 1, week 1: 1 hour; session 2, week 2: 45 min; session 3, week 4: 45 minutes. Available for 8 year olds upwards. Learn the system, practice and hone your skills, receive feedback, and you will have a skill for life. Learn more. Price: £99 for 3 session block.
