An outside, group exercise class catering for all abilities.

Fun team activities utilising walking, power walking and running are combined with muscle strengthening and toning exercises. Throughout, emphasis is on
correct posture and tension release. This whole body concept focuses body and mind, creating a fitter body and a healthier body image…and a Shaw Lifestyle!Some use this as the basis for their fitness plan, others combine these group sessions with private or small group sessions.
