I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ solution to health and fitness.
Following an initial consultation, I work closely with each individual client to develop a unique lifestyle plan addressing the three basic principles of Shaw Lifestyle:

We all have mental health just as we all have physical health. I am passionate about developing programmes which will address and enhance both, and which can be personalised for each individual. To ensure that these programmes are accessible to all, I offer options for working with me either person-to-person or online, 1-to-1 or in small groups.
Whether your aim is to train for a triathlon, to lose weight post-pregnancy, to manage health issues, or just to feel better about yourself, I would love the challenge of finding the programme that is UNIQUE TO YOU.
